Pete became an estate agent in 2004 and has worked for some of the largest property professionals in the area, however Pete always wanted to open his own business to take the best elements of corporate agents and independents and put them together.
Avon Estates opened in March 2011 and Pete over sees the general running of the business and also over sees the lettings arm.
When he is not at work Pete enjoys spending time with his family, classic cars and anything VW camper van related.
Jo has been an Estate agent in Evesham since 2006 and was pleased to join the team at Avon estates in 2019.
Her role in the company is a Sale and Lettings consultant. She is enthusiastic about property and loves working for an independent company so the customer service is always the number one priority.
Jo works part time and on her day off can be found with her two children.
Lynne’s main focus within the business is Sales Progression. This involves her regularly liaising with all parties involved within a sale, to ensure that it is completed as quickly as possible.
Her other roles include managing the property portals, liaising with the local newspaper for our advertising requirements and managing all of the administration needs of the company.
Lynne has worked in customer service environments her entire career, which has given her all of the skills and experience necessary for the position she holds.
In her spare time Lynne enjoys spending time with her family, home improvements and baking.
Kate has worked within property related industries for most of her career and was thrilled to have the opportunity to rejoin the team at Avon Estates taking on a role as Sales and Lettings Negotiator.
Her passion for property and delivering a high level of customer service make this the ideal role for her.
In her spare time Kate enjoys spending time with her family and running. She has also recently qualified as a counsellor which is a career she will be taking on alongside her role here.
Alison has been working within the lettings department of local Estate Agents since 2007 and joined Avon Estates in June 2021 dealing with all the landlord legal requirements and tenant maintenance issues.
Outside work she enjoys following her favourite football team, Leeds United, on their ups and downs, and country walks with her friends and dog.
Colin was delighted to join the team in 2023 after a career spanning 40 years in financial, property and facilities management.
Colin’s primary responsibility is to carry out routine property inspections as part of the managed property service provided to landlords. A focus on customer experience and reporting accuracy are key attributes that Colin brings to this role.
Outside of work Colin keeps busy with family, travel, gym and wine tasting!
Ceejay has worked within the estate agency industry since 2020 and joined the team at Avon Estates in March 2024 to further her career.
Her role in the company is Sales and Lettings Administrator. Ceejay mainly deals with the editing and marketing of properties, ensuring each listing is presented perfectly and reaches the right audience.
Outside of work Ceejay is a busy mum of two who enjoys a decent coffee and a good book!
Nikki joined Avon Estates in August 2024 and is looking forward to providing a high level of customer service within her sales and letting consultant role.
Having previously worked in holiday and park home sales she is enthusiastic about all property and loves building repour with all of our vendors and viewers.
Outside work Nikki enjoys a good game of poker and walking her dogs with her husband and son.
